Our client are a well-known consultancy in the service quality management sector with expertise in large-scale technology projects and experience working with clients the likes of EasyJet, M&S and the University of Bedfordshire. The current quality management software products available in this sector are complicated, complex, expensive and difficult to manage. Therefore they identified a gap in the market and wanted to create a subscription-based software platform which works for both the end customer and the service provider.

Spreadsheets for quality assurance and management

Our client had created an in-depth Excel spreadsheet which was used by their end clients for quality assurance and management during their projects. The spreadsheet was able to work for their end clients however, it lacked the flexibility and functionality that the client required. Both our client and the end client were having to manually carry out the processes.

Resourceful software with granular customisation

Our highly experienced engineers came on board to build user-friendly software, with an AG grid feature to make the software easy to use for our client and their end client. The user interface is consistent with our client's brand to ensure cohesive branding.

The software is built with the end client in mind with features such as:

  • Email integration – enabling the project managers to send emails directly from the software
  • Granular level customisation – Our client can easily map the software to the end clients requirements with complete customizability
  • BRAG – The projects are managed based on the model which is Blue, Red, Amber and Green. These colours reflect the status of the project blue for good, red for risk, amber for challenge and green for on track.
  • AG grid – Search and view data in real-time
  • Easy organisation set up – Our client can easily set up new clients on the software
  • Smart decision-making and project management for end clients.

Built with leading technologies

The software is built with leading technologies including Angular 12, .Net Core and MongoDB. Angular 12 which is the latest version of the technology is used for the front end of the application. Dotnet Core is used for the middleware of the software and MongoDB is used in the backend for the non-relational database.
