Ashish Raina      Managing Director

Ashish is passionate about understanding the challenges that Ardent clients and partners face in building high performance software products and business applications. He is focussed on building Ardent expertise and services to address these challenges in a timely, efficient and cost effective way that deliver significant long term benefit to client organisations.

Ashish is a Gold Medallist in Instrumentation Engineering and has a PGDL in Business Systems from City University, London. Before Ardent, he worked in highly challenging and rewarding engagements at the French Railways (SNCF) and Oracle Corporation.

Vijay Singh Riyait      Technical Director

Vijay is the chief technology architect and innovator, responsible for driving the technological excellence initiative within Ardent. He is a firm believer in good customer service and exceeding client expectations.

Vijay is a Chartered Engineer and has over 15 years of experience in information technology. He graduated from the University of Wales, where he studied Electronic Engineering. Before Ardent, he worked at GPT, Ericsson, Concept Design. He is also an Partner Area Lead which is a recognition by Microsoft.

Amit Raina       Operations Director

Amit leads the delivery team and is responsible for the creation of the state of the art development and support facilities and technical talent pool at Ardent. He is constantly striving to improve the development facilities and delivery models to provide the best in class service to Ardent clients and partners.

Amit is a qualified Architect and briefly worked at a leading Architectural firm before joining Ardent. He is a key member responsible for the vision and strategy at the company.

David Regler      Sales and Marketing Director

David is an insightful and results-focused new business development director. He has over 20 years of broad ranging sales and business development experience. He is focussed on finding and developing new client relationships. And enabling new client’s a seamless engagement with Ardent.
David is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management.
