Ardent recognises the need to be aware of its social responsibility. Our people are encouraged to engage with the local community to raise awareness and funds for various social, health and environmental causes. We are privileged to be closely associated with many children charities working towards child development and education of underprivileged children.
We have a policy of equality for all in the workplace with no discrimination on the basis of race, caste, religion, nationality, age, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, union membership or political affiliation. Ardent has created provision for providing support and assistance to disabled staff. For example we organised speech therapy lessons for a member of staff with speech disability.
Ardent adheres to all environmental legislation, regulations and all local laws to facilitate the protection of the environment. Ardent has well defined processes that ensure conformity to local regulations, including those relating to the handling, recycling, and the elimination and disposal of computer or electronic equipment and materials. We promote the use of public transport services by our people and carefully choose office locations to be well connected to local public transport links.
