MyWorkSearch was founded in February 2009. In 10 months the company developed and launched a ‘Software as a Service’ application that has grown rapidly and become highly profitable. The software addresses the need of job seekers that are struggling to secure work in what had become an extremely hostile employment market. The company recognised that outplacement comprised a number of services that could be delivered online using technology. This has made the service scalable whilst also being affordable.
